For context, which you rarely get elsewhere: Vokaro is a young product. What is listed as “In use” runs for real customers. We claim nothing beyond that.
Your system has no open API?
That is the normal case, not the exception. Buchner TERMINHELD offers no open interface — we built the integration anyway, and it runs. Whether the same is possible for your system depends on the product and on your contract with its vendor. That is exactly what we establish up front, in writing, before you sign anything.
