There are two tiers, and they differ in the monthly price. Vokaro Phone answers calls, handles standard questions and reports every enquiry to you, with no access to your system. Vokaro Booking additionally writes the appointment straight into your system, with every staff member and calendar included and no per-calendar surcharge. The setup fee is identical in both tiers. Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Vokaro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from go-live. If Vokaro doesn't convince you within the first 30 days, we refund your first monthly fee and the setup fee. You carry no financial risk from getting started.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee — the same in both tiers. It covers real work: the industry template, configuration for your business, the integration with your system and joint acceptance testing. It is waived on annual prepayment. The amount is at the top of this page.
How long am I committed?
The minimum term is 12 months, with monthly cancellation thereafter. In the first 30 days from go-live the money-back guarantee also applies: if you're not convinced, we refund the first monthly fee and the setup fee.
