Can Vokaro also take group reservations?
Yes, Vokaro can take reservations for large groups. For very large groups (e.g., 20+), it's recommended to arrange a callback.
What about special tables (terrace, window)?
Vokaro can capture table preferences and attach them as notes to the reservation. Final table assignment happens in Resmio.
Are no-shows marked in Resmio?
Vokaro itself doesn't mark no-shows, but you can record them as usual in Resmio.
Does the integration also work with Resmio Plus?
Yes, all Resmio plans are supported. For Plus features like prepayment, the guest is redirected to online booking.
